CFPW (Coaching for Performance Worldwide) was founded to help organisations and their people deliver better outcomes by improving how they lead, collaborate, and show up under pressure. We’ve supported clients across infrastructure, healthcare, energy, and regulated industries—particularly in high-stakes environments where behavioural dynamics can make or break delivery.

At the heart of our approach is a quietly Stoic mindset. We value resilience over bravado, calm over chaos, and substance over noise. This doesn’t mean we’re emotionless or rigid—far from it. It means we prioritise what’s in our control, focus on meaningful progress, and stay steady in the face of complexity.
